I have learned a simple lesson from my goats, I have learned a simple lesson from Carl Jung.

We pass it on.

Goats  don't really spend a lot of time reflecting, saying to themselves " time to become conscious so I don't pass my damage on", no, Petunia just went over and gave Primrose a sudden increase in angular momentum.

Humans , on the other hand have this lovely capacity for reflecting. We can say to ourselves, 

" You know, I am not going to pass on my anger any longer, it will stop with me, I am going to acknowledge my anger, go to the heart of it , depotentiate it. 

I will no more lay it upon the world ,my friends ,wife and children. No more will I lay it upon the other. "

"It must stop with me."

Humans of which I am one, can do this, yet goats, so far as I have observed , are locked into the sudden angular momentum solution.
